Mulligan before or after start[edit source]
We know that doing a Mulligan alters the deck order: cards you swap out have their order number increased, whichever card replaces them has their order number decreased.
Does Start of Game trigger AFTER the mulligan, or before it?
That seems important to know regarding whether or not Mulligan could alter an initial order of 
C'Thun, the Shattered preceding 
Genn Greymane and having one SOG (creating odd-numbered cards) ruining the other (a perk when you lack odd-numbered cards)
Anyone able to test that? I think that feeds into whether there's a true 50% chance no-matter-what or if you can alter that % via Mulligan. Tycio (talk) 19:18, 28 February 2021 (UTC)
