If your 1st pirate is summoned as your 7th minion on the board so there's no room for Patches, does he remain in the deck unsummoned, or do you lose him?
If he stays in deck, and you play a 2nd pirate when there is space for a summons, would Patches come then?
Similar Q if you play 1st pirate as 6th minion and have 2 copies of Patches in deck.
