Providing poor stats for 7 mana, this card curves well into the late game, with the potential of summoning a very large Taunt minion. Due to its high cost and ability, it is best used after you have summoned multiple Jade Golems already.
Its cost means that it can be used on the same turn as 
Brann Bronzebeard, which will not only buff future Jade Golems but also provide a powerful Taunt wall to protect yourself.
The low stats and summoning effect make this card fit very well with Transform effects, especially 
Evolve.
