Functionality

Once unlocked and selected for use, Northrend Arthas replaces The Lich King whenever the player uses a Death Knight deck.
Northrend Arthas is a Lite skin, which means it has the following features:
- Comes with its own portrait

Trivia
- This hero skin was originally called "Startholme Arthas",[1] however it was changed before release likely because Arthas was still wearing his paladin armor in Stratholme.
- Northrend Arthas used a different artwork when it was initially added (see #Gallery), however the card was removed from the game before being added back with a different artwork. There were accusations about the original artist using AI in their work.
