Functionality

Once unlocked and selected for use, Metamorphosis Illidan replaces Illidan Stormrage whenever the player uses a Demon Hunter deck.
Metamorphosis Illidan is a Diamond skin, which means it has the following features:
- Comes with its own portrait
- Has a full set of custom emotes
- Has a custom tray
- Has special entrance and hero power animations
- Diamond skins also feature a fully animated 3D model with shared animations when the player performs the following actions:
- Unlike Legendary skins, Diamond skins may only feature a few animations which are shared between actions, and so not all actions may have a unique animation.

- Methamorphosis Illidan has a special interaction: When the enemy hero reaches 15 health, Illidan will transform into a new hero.
