With the start of the Year of the Raven, Mean Streets of Gadgetzan and all Jade Lotus cards have rotated to wild, making Jade Druid a wild-exclusive archetype. For more information, see Game format. |
Jade Druid is a Tempo-based Midrange Druid deck type. It combines Druid's unique ability to accelerate their mana growth, alongside Jade Lotus cards to create Jade Golems which increase in power as the game progresses. Jade Druid has access to Jade Idol which can be used to shuffle copies of the same card into their deck, allowing them to indefinitely avoid Fatigue damage. Jade Druid is an extremely punishing deck in control matchups, as it has the ability to outvalue and overwhelm in the long game. Despite creating negative experiences when played against, the deck's game plan can be disrupted by using Skulking Geist which removes the Jade Druid's ability to go infinite with Jade Idol and avoid Fatigue damage.
